Fine Print:  Loyalty Program's Terms and Conditons
Points are accumulative, so this means you can use your points as you earn them, or save them up for something bigger down the road. You have access to see your points online through our website,and can make changes to your account in this manner. You will only have access to your Loyalty points online if you have entered your email address, no email address then you will have to contact our office for your points balance. No purchase activity for 12 months will cancel your Loyalty program membership,and all points earned will be forfeited. However, as long as a purchase of any kind is made each 12 months, points will remain active,and wont expire. Points are transferable, however recipient must be a Loyalty Program member to accept points, and person submitting request for transfer must do so in writing to our office their desire to transfer points to recipient. All points earned will appear on account within 24 hours, therefore points earned today, will not be available for use until next day. Points are for Loyalty Program use only, and have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, or credit. If points are issued on Loyalty program account and payment (for any reason) is contested, voided, cancelled or refunded, will result in retraction of respectively earned Loyalty Points. If a redemption of services were issued on the good faith that payment will be funded,  and payment is not fullfilled or cancelled, or refunded, meaning services were not entitled, then client agrees to pay for such service received against redemption on the Loyalty Program. Points can only be earned after client is a Loyalty Program member, no credit or points can be given for purchases prior to enrollment into the Loyalty Program. Redemption of points cannot be combined with any other offer or VIP privilege. Points earned are for each dollar spent on services or product, excluding taxes and gratuity. Aesthetic Laser and Skin, reserves the right to make changes to the Loyalty program as they see fit, with or without notice. Redemption of points for a service will be contingent upon receipt of necessary documentation ( required forms- Health history, Consent forms, etc)... if you are determined to not be a good candidate for a service or product, we have the right to refuse redemption of said service, however no points will be utilized by our decision. Referral points are added to referring clients Loyalty Program account within 24 hours after referred - new client (cannot have ever been to our office for a service previously) purchases any service (product purchase does not qualify). Client accounts once sent to our 3rd party collection agency will forfeit any points, and account will be discontinued. Loyalty Program participants agree to receive emails pertaining to their account balance, useage and promotions relating to Aesthetic Laser and Skin, we will not share or sell any of your information. All existing office policies apply to services being issued or redeemed by use of the Loyalty program.
